Peanuts Quality Control, esp. aflatoxin inspection system
  • Collecting raw peanuts directly from the reliable peanuts suppliers/farmers in Shandong-the biggest peanuts growing and harvest areas in China strictly according to our quality approved by our peanuts technicians or professional staffs.
  • Testing the aflatoxin, moisture and admixture from the big samples drawn at random at the very beginning of the collecting the raw materials.
  • Confirming that aflatoxin free, insects free and non- glass, non metal, non stones, etc and then transporting the raw materials into our factory.
  • Commence processing, screening, grading by machines while all selecting by human hands.
  • Checking the finished products in order to be sure that the aflatoxin free, grade and counts are exactly right before packaging.
  • Doing some other special requirements as per our clients.
  • All the testing works to the quality of peanut are conducted in-house (our lab).
  • Last Authorities (CIQ) inspections before time of shipment.
